Thymises Dry White

Aged dry white wine PDO 0.75 lt

White Dry from selected 100% Muscat of Alexandria, aged for 4 months in French oak barrels.

Vintage: 2023

Geographical Indication: PDO Lemnos

Serving temperature: 12-13 oC

Pairings Grilled fish, shellfish, chicken, white pasta, soft cheeses

Organoleptic characteristics. The aromas of mint, citrus – lime and tropical fruits such as mango accompany the seductive aromas of oak, mainly vanilla and cedar. Good aftertaste and length.

Dry red wine from selected 100% Limnio, aged for 10 months in new French oak barrels.

Vintage: 2022

Geographical Indication: PDO Lemnos

Serving temperature: 18 oC

Combinations: Grilled meat, meat in a casserole with red sauce, fresh cold cuts, hard cheeses

Organoleptic characteristics: ruby red colour with brick red highlights. Aromas of ripe red and black fruits – plum and cherry, and sweet oak aromas such as vanilla with light notes of cinnamon and tobacco. Soft tannins and long aftertaste and duration

White Sweet from selected 100% Muscat of Alexandria, aged for 6 years in French oak barrels.

Geographical Indication: PDO Muscat of Lemnos

Pairings: Ripening cheeses, sweets with couverture but also sponge cake based desserts

Organoleptic characteristics: Amber colour with orange highlights The aromas of orange and apricot jam, raisins and honey are complemented by notes of thyme and nuts. Long aftertaste and persistence

Our new range of premium Limnos Wines draws inspiration from poetry and from the island of Limnos itself. Using a rare literary turn of phrase that appears only in the plural in Greek, its name Thimises (literally reminders) does exactly what you’d expect: it brings up memories of the past, linking life events and moments with flavours and experiences to forge new memories.
The carefully selected Muscat of Alexandria and Limnio varieties, ageing in French oak barrels and the limited number of bottles each year make Thimises the ideal wine for experienced oenophiles and those who just love fine wine.

Limnos

Dry white wine PDO 0.75 lt

This single varietal wine from Muscat of Alexandria, perfectly captures all the characteristics of the variety that thrives in the soil of Lemnos.

Varietal composition: 100% Muscat of Alexandria

Serving temperature: 10°C

Alcoholic strength: 13% VOL

Ideal Pairings: seafood, fish, molluscs

Tasting notes: Yellowish-white colour with greenish highlights of medium intensity.

Pleasant acidity balanced with floral aromas. Strong presence of white rose and jasmine, with a lemony aftertaste. Not suitable for ageing.

Aroma Limnos

Organic dry white wine PDO 0,75 LT

Wine from Muscat of Alexandria, with an intense fruity aroma against a background of flowers, the harmonious composition in the mouth and the soft aftertaste with rose nuances on the palate, justify its international distinctions.

Varietal composition: 100% Organic Muscat of Alexandria

Serving temperature: 10° C

Alcoholic strength: 12.5 % VOL

Ideal Pairings: appetizers, seafood, Mediterranean fish

Tasting notes: Clear with a white-yellow colour.

Intense floral aromatic potential, aromas of unripe apricot with notes of citrus, mint and spearmint. Soft with a harmonious taste and grape aftertaste.

Driinos

Dry White Wine 0,75 LT

Blending of the Muscat of Alexandria variety with Assyrtiko that has been left in oak barrels for three months.

The maturation has provided complexity on the nose and palate without altering the characteristics of the two varieties.

Varietal composition: Muscat of Alexandria 80% Assyrtiko 20%.

Serving temperature: 8 °C

Alcoholic strength: 12,5 % vol.

Ideal combinations: Shellfish, fish, molluscs and white meat.

Tasting notes: Full-bodied flavour with aromas of citrus, mint, rose and refreshing acidity. Aftertaste with good length.

Limnio

Dry Red Wine PDO 0,75 LT

A robust and strictly monovarietal wine from the oldest Greek grape variety in Greece.

Varietal Composition: Limnio (Kalambaki) 100%

Serving Temperature: Grilled and stewed meats with red sauces, cheeses, cold cuts Organoleptic Characteristics. Dominated by earthy aromas complemented by aromas of forest fruits. Full flavour with intense tannins against a background of spices.

KRAMA

Dry Red Wine, 0.75 lt

A special red proposal with a balance of Limnio and Merlot.
Varietal Composition: 50% Limnio (Kalambaki) and 50% Merlot

Serving Temperature: 18° C Alcohol Content: Cooked meats, red grilled meats, spicy cheeses

Organoleptic Characteristics:
Crimson colour, aromas of red fruits and spices, harmonious soft mouthfeel with a rich aftertaste Can be aged up to 3 years from the year of production

Agiochoma

Semi-sweet Red Wine, 0.75 lt

The indigenous red variety of Limnos in a more special and sweet version.
Varietal Composition: Limnio (Kalambaki) 100%

Serving Temperature: 12° – 14° C Alcohol

Content: Bright red colour.
Red fruit aromas, fruity and soft on the palate with a pleasant aftertaste. Can be aged up to 3 years from the year of production

Limnos Muscat

Sweet White Wine PDO 0,75 LT

The unique climate of the Aegean and the volcanic soil of Lemnos give the aromatic variety of Muscat of Alexandria a special character that is reflected in this famous sweet wine of the island.

Varietal Composition: 100% Muscat of Alexandria

Serving Temperature: 8° C Alcohol Content: 15% VOL Ideal Combinations: to accompany desserts, fruits and sweets

Organoleptic Characteristics: golden yellow and bright color.

 Intense grape aroma with fruity citrus extensions, elegant aromas of confit nerangi, and sweet apricot.

Flavours of overripe fruit, honey and dried fruit with a long finish and good length.
Medium-bodied mouthfeel and savoury elegance, thanks to a slight citrus peel bitterness that balances the sweetness despite a slight lack of acidity.

Liastos

Naturally sweet white wine aged in oak barrels , PDO 0,5LT

Liastos is produced after the grapes have been left under the sun for eight days, the fermentation of which starts and stops spontaneously. The remaining sugars give it a balanced sweetness without the addition of other ingredients, while its deep amber colour is due to its six-year ageing in used oak barrels.

Varietal composition: 100% Alexandria Muscat

Serving temperature: 10° – 12° C

Alcoholic Strength: 15,5% VOL

Ideal Pairings: Desserts, nuts and cheeses with intense fat and distinctive flavor.

Organoleptic characteristics: Amber colour with brown highlights. Aromas of raisins and dried fruit. Balanced with high acidity and a long-lasting aftertaste.

Hypsipyle

Semi dry rosé wine, 0.75 lt

Muscat of Alexandria and Limnio of the island offer their best characteristics in this rosé semi-dry wine. With light aromas of burnt caramel and musky notes, Ypsissi is here to charm you.

The natural resin of pine trees, combined with the fine aromatic bouquet of Muscat of Alexandria, gives the particularly aromatic Retsina “Myrina”, while maintaining the traditional characteristic taste.
